Ah, my other one favorite composer...

Akihiko Mori worked for the sound company Mint and apparently employed a custom sound driver which was also used for many third-party SFC games for whom Mori then arranged the music (most noticably Bounty Sword and Lennus 2, which are both great scores by Kohei Tanaka, but also Shonen Ninja Sasuke and Shin Nekketsu Kouha Kunio tachi no Bannka). CaitSith did a search for that custom driver which yilded following games not yet covered by snesmusic.org:
