Any recommended programs for normalizing all my mp3s to the same volume level?
I don't like having to adjust the volume.
You could always re-encode them at a normalized level. But that would take a lot of time, and probably screw up the sound quality as well...

Even with EAC, I'm not sure I have the normalization right.

You can't do this to the mp3s themselves without reencoding them. You CAN however get a normalizer plugin for winamp. I recommend Audio Stocker Pro, seems to do a very good job.
Other than that, the only solution would be to encode everything in APE format (non-destructive normalization is built in because the header contains the song's peak value)
