Question about Symphony Ys -21th Century-

It seems that Falcom's promotional CDs usually contain a collection of previously released music.
But the track list of Symphony Ys 21th Century is different from that of Symphony Ys / Ys95. Are they new arrangements?
Are they any good?

Hey Naka, just want to say thanks.
So far I downloaded the first track and I find the instruments to be more realistic then Ys V orcherstra. Although, in my opinion, the arrangement seems to be a step back from older Falcom orchestra albums.
